Hypergiant
Hypergiant was my most exciting and chaotic internship because I participated in the early formation and ideation of the company. I helped the company during the early stages of the fresh startup by participating in product brainstorming sessions, product-market fit discussions, and business purpose identification. Three months following my internship, the company secured a $10M Series A investment.
Hypergiant is an AI product and services company responsible for designing and delivering scalable AI solutions for the private and public sectors.

Worlds
I worked alongside the systems engineering team, training AIs to detect people, objects, and ultimately events. I learned the best practices to apply when training AIs inside of digital twins and the challenges with model drift and high-quality data labeling. Through this internship I gained invaluable experience and exposure in building and training AIs, primarily computer vision, for multiple use cases in operation-based environments.

LossExpress
I worked directly with the CFO and his team on building a system for automating call center efficiency and feedback loops. I built a system with AirTable, a low-code platform, to improve the turnaround time of call center issues. I am an efficiency-minded problem solver and regularly recommended more optimized alternative solutions that lowered costs and increased efficiency in the company.
LossExpress is an auto industry startup company that is transforming the total loss industry through the automation of claims.

Worlds
I currently report directly to the Director of Solution Architecture at Worlds as an Associate Solutions Architect. I work alongside the company’s SA's in designing, planning, and implementing WorldsAI technology. I have been learning best practices in understanding customer problems and then designing and training AI models that can help augment people and processes for increased efficiency and safety. I work with the company’s system architects to communicate with clients on potential standard operating procedure (SOP) adjustments that would further optimize the environment for quality data collection.
